That it is going to be seventy seven degrees today and I can have my home opened up and letting more light and fresh air in.

Today (meaning 11/16) on this newly-added (yesterday) older add medication my mind/brain was tuned/plugged in, turned on and fully engaging in all that surrounded me and I am beyond grateful and blown! Happy!

Wow! @Rain not here. It's going to be brrr cold, windy, and freaking rainy...can I come for a visit...hoot! Just kiddin' I would love to report your weather for tomorrow instead of mine!

All 5 cats at the cat cafe said in their own way that they were happy to see me. 2 of them came to greet me when I came through the door. The third stretched his head out to make contact faster when I started petting him. The fourth was at his usual spot and started purring when I came over. The fifth one took some time to come out, but when she did she declared it to be playtime.

Someone was getting teased about eating pop tarts tomorrow because his mom doesn't cook. Let alone cook for thanksgiving... and I told them at work about the Pringles "Thanksgiving Dinner" flavored ones. They didn't believe me... but when they went on break and did a search....the pack has Pringle chips that tasted like turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and creamed corn.

I smiled cuz they thought I was telling a tall tale. Now they want to try em.

There is this little girl about four years old from a family that rents a place on the farm I'm staying at. She came running when she saw me and said "good morning! Hi! Thank you for the stars for my birthday!" It never matters what she says though, she is always a breath of fresh air on a very busy day out on the farm.
It makes me smile every morning.

@Tornadic Thoughts - I used to use hula hoops to teach all ages the butterfly kick for that stroke. Hula hoops are really small though now... wonder where they get the bigger ones for adults?

Not sure where "they" get them @The Albatross ....but I got tired of waiting so I make them myself....and smaller ones. They average about 42" for the adult size and around 30" for the smaller ones. I use black irrigation tubing that comes in a 100 ft. roll, 3/4" for adult-sized and 1/2" for the child-sized/arm hooping-sized.
