You know despite everythng this week sometimes it is just so very good to be alive. This thread has helped me see the lighter side this week cats having kittens and don't have a cow!!! (ah come on somebody had to say it!!)

I love the whole Buttercup Watch thing, maybe we could set up a web cam link and a live feed, the beeb here so that every spring, spring watch I think it is called,(?) (funnily enough lol!!). They set up night vision cameras and they film around the clock different natural countryside locations and you get great updats on all and so much of the wildlife night and day ... Im laughing at how this sounds...sorry one of those days- yes THose days... yikes!!

Thankyou TLight this is just so very lovely, and again you do make me smile so much thankyou for this, it is a gift , this is loving kindness perhaps in its sincerest form. New life with buttercup and her baby, and it s just so lovely to think of and on.

I hope Leda you will post photographs also of her and your new arrivals when they appear. And good wishes to both expectant mothers also, I hope that it is a smooth delivery as smooth as possible anyhoo.

Life is really quite remarkable resilient~thankyou

T,

That's so cool!! I love cows and am completely jealous and green with envy. How are things going...has she popped yet?

I have somehow managed to convince Brent that he wants to move to the woods and live in a yurt with me. And even get a cow (did I mention that I love cows?...pigs too). Not sure how I managed that. One day we were talking about going house hunting and I joked that we could always live in a yurt...he went to work and called me later to say that he had looked them up online and would have no issue calling one home. I'm pretty sure that most of his family will think we are nuts...mine think it's the greatest idea since sliced bread (but they are a bit more then a little odd).

You are still in the Snohomish area, yeah? Are you enjoying the lovely weather we have had the last few days? It has been so nice...who knows, maybe summer will pay us a visit after all.

We went up to Chelan with a friend (he is moving on to his Grandparents property and wanted to make sure we could find the place as it is way off the road in some canyon). Brent had a chance to do some hiking but I was on crutches...of course the day after we came back I went in to see the doc and he took them away...could have climbed the mountain with the boys. Oh well, there is always next time.

Well, I am off. Hope your day/week is wonderful and that all is well with the critter.

Wow, no baby yet.........in fact her sack looks depleted.........so may have been a false alarm.

Jet! So good to here from you. Conicidence? We are looking at properties over in eastern wa and were just in Chelan up a canyon last weekend! Washington Creek area?
We are looking into cabins or a possibly yurt too! I've always wanted to live in a yurt!

Good to here from you and hope all is well...........and yes, the weather is a life saver!

PS I HAVE PICS UP ON MY PROFILE AND YOU CAN ALL SEE THE COWS! The neighbors have a new baby and I got a shot of him, so I'll post that one soon!
