General Please help! he says he feels on the verge of nervous breakdown, what to do?

What are VFWs? We do have veterans clubs. I am just researching about them and which one he possibly likes most.
Actually I have a question for those from Germany: Does any of you know how those Motorsports Club for those with PTSD from combat or police work is called?

VFW= Veterans of Foreign Wars. It's a veterans organization. They focus on helping vets and public service. Usually there are local posts with commanders, and each post has a bar or social club where members can hang out.

You are not responsible for his mental health. You cannot fix it, help him, or make it better. If there was a way to fix things, you would have found it by now.

He is the only one who can work on his mental health. You can't make him do it, you can't talk him into it. You can't figure things out for him.

All you can do it be there for him.
