Undiagnosed Please Help

My friend Nykky is having some bad issues at home and such. Last night she ran away to the house of a friend of our's when something bad happened at home. She tried not to have a panic attack and our friend was of no help at all. Well now it's a day later and Nykky can't stop shaking no matter what she does. She try's to busy herself doing something but the shakes won't stop. She says that the shaking is coming out of no where, whereas she's lying there and just starts shaking. She can't do anything and she's asking for my help. We both have anxiety but her's is nothing compared to mine. Her family can't afford to take her to a doctor for her or anyone. Please help me if you can.

I would assume that your friend is not happy about telling her family about her state of anxiety right now?

It does not mean that she is suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that this site is specifically about, yet unless she talks openly to you or to someone else she trusts, no one but herself will know exactly what is happening to her.

Shaking can be a number of medical conditions and not just mental health ones, she may have epilepsy or a panic attack issue?

You need to check with her if she suffers with any of these conditions and/or if she has had these episodes before. I would also recommend that you try and speak to your parents if they are the kind of people to care or listen, or your teachers (if at school) or any other adult who is outside of her family unit. If she or you is too afraid to speak to her parents no matter what the reason, you need to tell someone who is an adult: a school teacher; police officer; a doctor; a friend of the family or someone you think might be sympathetic to the situation you and your friend are in together.

No one should have to go through suffering (however) much she might be afraid to tell someone.
