Psychological arrested development disorder from childhood trauma

Question on the phycological arrested development disorder, was once a diagnosable disorder and once it got changed to complex trauma aka (cptsd) complex post traumatic stress disorder it was no longer in the dsv handbook for diagnosable disorders, anyone know of when the c-ptsd is suppose to be part of the dsv of diagnosable disorders? I have heard some time this year but not sure when

It is not going to be in the DSM. It is supposed to be in the ICD but the DSM V is already out.

My wife went to her phyciatrist and her first visit didn't seem like much help in regards to much of anything to be diagnosed with besides some depression then to prescribe her some mild form anti depressants, but she had explained certain things from childhood she went through and got done to her and the phyciatrist just told her that she may slightly have emotional detachment from those events but didn't go into any real detail on anything else and just told her to keep seeing her trauma therapist to have chats,
