I'm writing those above quotes down... they really catch the PTSD negative thought pattern well! Below I'm adding some quotes that gave me the boost I needed when I was depressed.

I have one that touches my heart: "stressed" is just "desserts" spelled backwards. I love that one. A very good friend of mine sent me a little wooden sign with it on. It hangs on my wall and makes me smile when I see it. It also reminds me that a little humour can go a long way.

i have it written down somewhere, its a interesting line,useful to remember on a bad night,goes along the lines of,
the darkest time is before dawn, night brings with it the bitterest poisons which build up to a crescendo til they dispel with the coming of dawn and the rising of the sun, remember even in the darkest nights that the sun will still rise and the shadows of the night will dispel like the mists of the morning under the gaze of the sun. bringing with it the light of day and the quiet of dawn. live not in the time of night but in the time of dawn where the light rises and even the deepest shadows dispel.

its not religous or particularly memorable but remember that the sun rises and the shadows are dispelled even if it is only for a day, but sometimes in the night it is worth remembering.
