How about stress and how do we deal with it? There have been a few threads about the topic in the past week or 2 and it could be something we could all talk about.
 
Stress sounds like a very good topic. Managing stress would be very helpful in so many ways. Sress creates so much damage to our bodies.
 
I am new to this site, but I know I could really use help with reaction times. My reactions are still faster than the events that precipitate them and most often not warranted. I do much damage to those around me when this happens.
 
Woo! A chat I'm actually not at work during. Stress management is a good topic. I think the 'food and mood' is a good one too.
