I really identify with this thread. I have had compulsive hyper sexuality, starting at too young of an age. I now believe it is a coping mechanism for feeling powerless along with most of my early sexual experiences being assault which I wasn't aware of until recently.

I find it easier to be alone, and have never missed sex or physical relations in the slightest.
