Death Should i go to a funeral for the friend of many of my friends?

I go to a lot of funerals. I don't think it would be strange to attend the funeral of someone you did not personally know or if you cried. Some people just cry easier than others, so I don't think it would be that unusual. I have even seen people that are part of organizations that are based on going to funerals cry at them.

At the same time, I don't think that you need to go to the funeral to be supportive.

So, I ended up going, and I'm glad I did. I sat with a friend and I was able to talk with a lot of people and hopefully help at least a little by being there and talking and laughing and sitting with them. I don't know. Nobody said anything about it being weird. I did cry. I'm okay but i wasn't for most of the day. The worst was the anxiety leading up to it. Thank you guys for talking with me
