Was it ever a give and take marriage with me. Or I should say at times he stole not took.

My husband has never stolen of me, probably because he's scared of my dad 6ft 4 and a half and hands like shovles.

But my dad makes me very very proud he's worked all his life never taken time off unless nagged by my mum or ill.
Last year he had cancer and he worked right up till 2 weeks before his op and now he has to go back this week and see if they got it all. FINGERS CROSSED my dad is my hero, I'm definitely a daddy's girl.

In fact I guess I could say my dad and I have a song we always dance to or as i put it (he throws me around to lol). Jive bunny it was a mix of old songs :eek:

Mine stole my engagement ring out of my jewelry box without my knowledge and pawned it for a bottle of booze. Talk about hitting me below the belt from that action. Needless to say that hurt me very deeply.

I am was the glutton for punishment! Four marriages in 11 years...finally figured out I don't want anyone in my bed but me. Last husband left 17 years ago, and I'm still single and loving it.
No, it's not perfect and wonderful, and sometimes I get lonely, but not enough to look to change it.
I'm open to a miracle....otherwise I'll stay on this journey alone. Friends and family CAN be enough.

Well since I'm new I can't talk too much smack but lets get this thread back on track!

This is a song that I find running through my head quite often as it makes me feel like I'm not alone in these feelings.
