Started Sketching- How To Pick Yourself Up

It always becomes difficult for me to pick up myself again. I think of it as regrouping my all strengths again.

I try to read things I like and try to distract myself from the pain. I listen to music, different songs. This has helped me at times.
 
Music helps, anything uplifting. I also paint and draw and this is pure therapy. Reading something inspirational and even having a shower of bath can make me feel fresh and a bit better. Riding my bike produces natural serotonin, and I sometimes go to a regular dance at a hall for two hours, which always lifts me up.
 
I find myself reading inspirational things as well. I take a lot of baths and showers. I think I need to develop more grounding skills to use each day. I wish I could dance, but I am not good at it.
