Like someone told me once: When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on! Too bad I was absent from day-camp when they taught knot-tying, lol!

You can get through this, one day at a time, maybe one hour at a time. We'll all support you as much as we can.

Saw the doctor...he is not stopping the sleeping pills until later. Change in the plans...UUUGGGHHH He is starting me on tues..after the long weekend....so withdrawals on monday..uuuggghhh..start the suboxone tue...I can do this!!!

You are doing an incredible job. You should only have about one day's worth of withdrawal. Once you get on the suboxone, you should feel pretty good. They can't give you suboxone while you still have opiates in your system or you could get very sick. Good luck...I've been thinking about you!

Take some deep breaths, curl up in a balnket and have a little doze, you can do this! Remind yourself of all of the things that you have come through, it will get better. Have a nice bath and cuddle up in the front of the TV. Have a nice warm drink. You can do this.

What an amazing thing you've done already! I can't even get through a day without my xanax! And I dread the day when I will have to do so. I don't want to be on them the rest of my life.
