Swimming With Dolphins

Im watching "failure to launch " I always wanted to go paint ball. I always wanted to swim with the dolphins.

Okay yeah I've seen this one before.

Opening scene: why can't I find someone willing to be in love and also willing to discuss things instead of getting upset and running out the door? That's my thought.

On my honeymoon almost 12 years ago in Mexico paid for and participated in a 2 hour swim with dolphins. We wore life jackets and played with them, then toward the end, they had two dolphins work together, one on each foot, to push us through the water like water skiing. They did all the balancing for us. It was amazing! If you ever get a chance, even if it's expensive, it's totally worth it.

They brought home video of it. It seems kinda cool but also a grotesque manipulation of the life of dolphins.

I can see your point. It would have really bothered me if they were being forced to stay. But they were in a lagoon that opened up into the ocean. They were free to come and go. As the guide told us - they stay because of the free fish. He also said sometimes they would leave and come back several days or even weeks later. I'm not sure how that fits in with a healthy dolphin lifestyle, but it certainly beats having them trapped in a shallow cement pool.
