Hi Ajay are you a Carer/Supporter of someone with PTSD or do you suffer yourself?

I am a carer so I am looking more at that side of things. If you were looking at a group for sufferers and these guys aren't able to reply, I know of some organisations here in Sydney that might be able to help you. I'm not sure if I am allowed to list them here so maybe PM me if you are interested.

Is this still going? I live a couple of hours out of Sydney but I do get there upon occasion. It would be interesting to know if there is a group that meets regularly, like once per month.

I am 42 Complex Post traumatic stress disorder. Seeing a psychriatrist weekly and more interested in a social type situation. Once my studies kick in I don't get to socialise as much but it would be nice to meet other ptsd forumites.

I don't have the energies or ability to support other people at this time so I am looking for fun activities and hanging out.

Hey there,
I'm in Melbourne,....nut would love to hear of you guys set something up?, as I would like to set something myself here. I am also a recovering addict, and as I am not using now, all my PTSD stuff is coming up and think it would be really beneficial for me to connect with others who understand and that can relate to going through this stuff.
