Having emotional overload moments, SI triggered by ruminations and very disturbing nightmares. No flashbacks though, which I guess is good.

The break only lasted for about a week... but it was nice while it did last :\

Ah well...

Glad you are able to reach out. If the SI is bad please go and get help from your T or at a hospital. In the mean time is there anything that can help ground you or at least distract you from the noise in your head.

The good news is that the breaks get longer over time. It's rare to just have symptoms disappear and stay away for good.

New therapist is confident that my life will get better, we'll see. Still testing the waters.
