Have you ever tried meditation? For some people slowing the mind can slow the body. Go to aa place that you feel safe. Starting at you're feet and working up tense your mussles. After you get to your head start working your way down allowing your mind to slow. If bad thoughts come in move them to a tensed muscle and let them soften and flow away from you as you relax that muscle.

This doesn't work for everyone but it's worth a try.

I used to be able to do this, but my body is in so much pain, that when I put my awareness there, I can't cope.
A therapist is trying to help me quit numbing out and to start feeling my physical self again...
ahhh, dern... feeling a bit, hurts big time gtg
 
Middle of the night, exhausted... missing Matty...

He died from contaminated dog food.
The company had a recall, but I never knew about it.
It was just one company, so it didn't get covered by the media like the really bad one 3 yrs ago, that affected thousands of dogs and incorporated the plastic byproduct China adulterated some gluten with (to deliberately make the protein levels look higher). This was one company, and they're obviously minimizing the problem, the danger, and how bad it hurts the dogs...

I always take hugs. Don't type them out from frustration over using a phone and texting everything out. Even if I'm not there in person go ahead and talk to me. Just sit on your bed and say "it's a hard day shadow, I'm missing him". Tell me everything. The good times and the bad. Then when you are up to it you can tell me on here. Either in thread or pm.
