I have searched the forum to see if there're any posts mentioning Tim Fletcher and couldn't find any. I heard about him about one year ago and found him to be one of the few people that truly resonates with me.

I was unable to find Kim Sage, licensed psychologist, listed on this forum so thought to share her channel on C-PTSD here.

And many more on her channel!

I haven't found this resource mentioned on the forums so I thought to share it here. There're many great videos on their YouTube channel plus many resources available in their shop. They published a video with Alain de Botton talking on the subject of therapeutic journey. I haven't seen it yet though I'm sure it's as great as his previous. Here's the link to it:

His YouTube channel is INCREDIBLE. It’s so in-depth and correct. He’s helped me see so many patterns and behaviors so in line with my experience I swear it feels like he has a direct line into my mind and body. Average video is like 45 minutes, so listening can be quite an undertaking but worth it. Piece of advice- it can be super triggering. I’ve had to stop watching numerous times. It’s been so validating and the best source of cPTSD I’ve come across so far in my 10+ years of healing.

Yep. Tim Fletcher is a gem. There're many materials out there explaining causes, but not many explaining solutions therefore I particularly enjoy his videos on re-parenting. Besides the insights I get, I also learn what needs to be done.
