Other Twitching While Sleeping

Wow, posting a link to this website on facebook is kind of messed up. We don't really want people coming here to lookie-loo.

I twitch in my sleep. Massively. If my husband tried to shame me for something like that I would leave. If my husband wrote about me on the internet and then linked to it in other places to try and control me I would leave.

Boundaries go both ways.

I think it is not good to judge a relationship without knowing the people. E.g. my husband has a friend he calls "pervert", "asshole" and so on in jest and get's called names in return. They also like to wrestle one another. Yet they are best friends.

Just wanted to say different people have different relationships and what would be crossing boundaries in one relationship is totally adequate in another... know what I mean?

If both people are okay with it, why not?

Why would people join to look, I have many friends who are ex forces who post links to ptsd support websites, I'm also a mental health nurse so share thing between friends who are nurses. I found you on google. If I share the site and it helps somebody surely that's good. My fb page isn't public only friends x

@saratonk: It's a bit complicated. The thyroid has also an influence on PTSD because it can make you more nervous. My husband has an autoimmune disorder of the thyroid which made him more nervous because it led to overproduction of hormones.
It made all PTSD symptoms worse.

Wow poor man, my hubby has some back damage that caused a nerve in his leg to die so I think that makes things worse. Been nagging at him to go to docs for ages, I'm so worried as it's got to be a sign of something.

I can also suffer sleep disorder I have hynopompic hallucinations, probably due to 20 years of shift work and a high stress job. We are a right pair!! We do have a laugh about it to be honest as I've woken him loads of times telling him some gibberish in my sleep! Sometimes though after hours of kicking and I'm so tired it doesn't seem funny!!

Back from docs gonna send him for blood tests. Also some tablets he is on have the side effect of twitching! But at least they are sending him for tests to rules things out.

I will but the tablets he has been taking are antihistamines, as he has some allergies that make him itch. I never knew they could cause twitching! Will post on this thread if we find anything out. Thank you for the support xx
