Twitter Functions Will Return

There is a tweet to twitter mod being made at present, which actually surpasses the last VB one... so once that is done over the coming weeks, both it and the tweetboard will get reinstalled here.

Many good parts will return here, it just takes time as this software is so new, but its being developed at a rapid pace.
