A bit of a twist here that it is my wife who has PTSD and I am looking for friends to talk about experiences and get support so that I can continue to support my wife in turn.

Hi COPTSDHubby,
I new here and haven't a clue how to get round the website lol
I'm living in Eastbourne and have a partner who has severe PTSD he was a marine and has been out since 1986!! any advise would be much appreciated or even 'compairing notes' maybe?
