Very Little Motivation

Since leaving school I've moved to a new city. Not doing much but staying in bed. I worry my significant other will get tired of this. I've been getting dressed at lunch time so when she comes home from lunch it looks like I've been somewhere or done something.

I made an appointment to see a new therapist on Tuesday, Need to make that appointment and not end up conveniently asleep. I feel so down and disconnected :(
 
I also have feelings of being disconnected, it can be frightening. I am sure a therapist will be able to help you. Having a routine can be helpful too, getting up at a reasonable time, going for a walk, a coffee, read the paper etc. each day. It might make you feel better about you and ease your worries about being 'found out'. Why not talk to your partner about your struggles too. Best wishes.
