All right!! I'll need to stock up on ingredients. Sun Seeker's virtual midnight bakery is gearing up. First round will include Nanaimo bars, chocolate eclairs, walnut torte, and cranberry muffins. Requests for the second round are now being accepted.

I'm with you on the baking. I used to bake loads and now I'm on my own I find I just can't. I'll add in honey cake, brownie muffins and a Victora sponge.
