I use 2 medicines, liquid iron, a natural balm, warm baths, walking and distraction. I have them 18 hours a day every day. I know a lot of people have mild cases where you can use magnesium or a balm, but mine also involves my arms, legs, and torso. I'm going to have another iron infusion and I'll be able to cut back on my meds. My brothers, mom, and grandmom had them. They are just like torture!

Feeling alot better than yesterday health-wise, yesterday I felt really rough. Also I used to write alot about my thoughts and feelings (mostly in writing pads/books or even alot on the backs of envelopes! They're all boxed away.) But I recently got a new proper a4 pad and have found an old unfinished writing book. So I'm going to start writing song lyrics again. This makes me very happy! And I think it will be good for my mental health.
