What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I don't know. I just don't know. Too MUCH. That is all I can say. If I start thinking about it all I will have another panic attack.

(((((((Loloma))))))) Any natural antibiotics, manuka honey (high strength), garlic. And the unsweetened cranberry juice. Cranberry juice I swear really works for me. Anything to boost your immune system. Maybe low on Vit D in winter, especially in Holland. And the B vitamins. and of course Vit C. But Cranberry juice would give you that.

Thanks will take another trip to the supermarket for some cranberry juice, chemist is too far away. Taking plenty of B vitamens, including B12, B3 (niacine) and B complex and Omega 3. Vitamin C too.

Usually takes a couple of cures of antibiotics to shift it. Bad immune system.

I did a 9 mile walk yesterday with my beloved H up in the West Pennine Moor's, half of it was uphill and it was about -5. The day was beautifully sunny and the walk was wonderful.

So I feel like I have achieved something as I did 6 miles during the week. I'm aching but it is a good ache and I feel very peaceful.:)
 
Yesterday, during my medical control for my cancer I had one bad tachycardia attack. It took time to subside. I still have some sensitivity in my chest. The radiologists don't want me to come alone anymore. Another thing my daughter has to assume. She says it's ok, but I feel like I'm starting to be some sort of burden.

So I'm checking myself with my heart tension machine and will rest for the weekend.
