I don't know. I just don't know. Too MUCH. That is all I can say. If I start thinking about it all I will have another panic attack.
(((((((Loloma))))))) Any natural antibiotics, manuka honey (high strength), garlic. And the unsweetened cranberry juice. Cranberry juice I swear really works for me. Anything to boost your immune system. Maybe low on Vit D in winter, especially in Holland. And the B vitamins. and of course Vit C. But Cranberry juice would give you that.
