What Are You Grateful For Today?

1. First and foremost God
2. I feel stronger this afternoon and finally confident that I am not going to self harm
3. For my wonderful therapist who is fine helping me carry my burdens and thoughts so I dont have to do it alone
4. I dont have any negative friends- all of my friends at this time are positive influences- which is a lot for me
5. I'm sticking to my goals of exercising and reading my Bible every day
6. My life circumstances make it actually nearly impossible to go off the deep end as I am a mother- so I am grateful for that
7. For my journal to help carry all of my thoughts
8. For my wonderful family- not perfect but mine and I do think they love me
9. Ice Skating
10. For the ability to paint and in mixing all of the colors my emotions somehow emerge onto this single piece of paper into something I see as beautiful even if no one else gets it
