What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful for 'alternative' healing therapies such as; meditation, art therapy, music/sound therapy, herbal therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, crystal and gemstones etc., etc..

I have had success when using these in combination with positive thinking, cognitive re-framing, affirmations, self-esteem training, assertiveness skills, mindfulness, self-soothing work etc..

I am grateful for all these "little" things because in combination they pack a good wallop!!! :woot:
 
I am so grateful to be on the right medications to keep me stable with so much of my life unknown. I am so grateful for my psychiatrist and therapist.

I am grateful for my family who I love and they love me back.

I am grateful that I am looking for jobs. Perserverence will get me a job evenutally.
