Kung Fu panda

Star Wars Films
LES MISERABLES Musical, new movie coming out... (we can't wait!!)
Lord of the Rings series, ( we can't wait for the Hobbit either!)

I'm a huge film buff and anything that doesn't show people being tied down and tortured doesn't really set me off, so this is really hard...

The Star Wars Saga Trilogy
Jaws
Aliens
Indiana Jones films
People Will Talk
It's A Wonderful Life
Dune
A Bridge Too Far
The Battle of Britain
Zulu
Black Hawk Down
The Perfect Storm

You know what? There are loads.

To Kill a Mockingbird, Twelve Angry Men (or Jurors?, I can't remember but the one with Jack Lemmon -- I miss him), Runaway Jury, and Erin Brokovich -- I love court case movies, especially when the underdog wins (although To Kill a Mockingbird didn't turn out that way). To Kill a Mockingbird is coming to our town at one of the oldest cinema houses. I can hardly wait to see it on the big screen.

For some other youthful irreverence, I like to watch Juno and Whip It. Yea! Roller Derby!

Some movies on my list might surprise people who know that I have PTSD, but the films that do end up triggering me are often not what I would expect. That being said, my shortlist of go-to movies is a pretty mixed bunch:

-Music and Lyrics
-Beastly
-The Princess Bride
-Earthsea
-V for Vendetta
-Robin Hood: Men in Tights
-The Rocky Horror Picture Show
-Catch Me if you Can
-Treasure Planet
-Beauty and the Beast (Disney)
-The Lion King (all 3)
-Joseph: King of Dreams (Dreamworks)
-Stardust
-The Thief and the Cobbler
-The Scarlet Pimpernel
-Moulin Rouge
-Chicago
-Blood and Chocolate
