Fair is not on the menu.
Anything goes as long as you're the one that comes out breathing.

All the people that guard El-Al and embassies are hired by the government. Not by El-Al.
They rotate in shifts of months between airports and buldings of the government.
It's a fair bet to estimate most of them have a double function.

Women aren't just guarding schools and busstations anymore.
Some lose their soul way too young as you saw in that woman's eyes.
