Went for a hike last week and plan on going again this week! (Now that my calves aren't on fire anymore and I can walk again!) :laugh:

Head full of stuff still buzzing around my brain after work. Rather than go home with it, I wandered around the garden centre for 10 minutes and felt much better for it.

Coming here is a large part of what I do for me. The interaction, even in a faceless forum, has lead to friendships. It has allowed me to vent when I needed to. It has allowed me offer support when I can. It has allowed me to know I am not alone.

I am a supporter but I come here for me, to a large degree.

I am going to visit some of my very favorite people! A little girl named Kay, and her momma, Brandy. I went to school with Brandy's mother, who passed away several years ago. Kay is named after my friend. I sort of get to play 'momma & gramma' with them. I just love surprising Kay when she gets off the school bus. There is nothing like a youngster running to me, arms outstretched, calling my name!!! I feel L-O-V-E-D in those moments!!

So, today I'm getting a burst of feeling good emotions!!
