What Do You Need In This Moment?

They make a jacket that is like an air bag suit that reduces impact of motorcycle accidents, that I would like to have to wear when riding in a car...that, and some medication for panic/anxiety when traveling.

Also I need drivers to take their phones out of their ears and pay attention to the road, slow down about 5-10 mph, and obey the laws, such as not pulling out in front of other vehicles, using a turn signal, coming to a complete stop at intersections, etc..

Sorry for the long response, I just mostly need support and understanding when it comes to anxiety and panic.

Courage to work past my extreme fears. I backed out of a SE therapy appt Monday bc I was so scared about the touch portion. The first session she just put her hand on my shoulder and I wanted to run away but I froze and even stopped breathing. Feeling crappy about myself.
