What Do You Need In This Moment?

More coffee, different binoculars, different flashlight, more things to read, more bandaids, different sca...
Meeee. In one month few household things broke, my clothes don't fit well, winter is coming and I need so much for it; I'm also having trigger-full week and I can't not afford any of the stuff I need...including therapy session to at least renew my prescription.

What I really need today: to be able to afford a week off.
Cocoa, cappuchino or any related drinks with a lot of sugar. The money to order healthy takeout food. Savings. The ability to resolve at least one issue today. Instant hot pack or hot water bottle.(I get freezing when I'm anxious even in summer). The ability to let everything go and have treat myself kind of day with movie and some shopping for my anxiety kit stuff...can't afford that though. To feel calm enough to even start calming exercises. Snacks. Those packs of energy rehydration drinks. Someone to tell me what to do. Enough money to get the health care I need whether that means for cbt/dbt books and bath bombs, or going to therapy.
I know I can resolve some of that with free resources online and printing stuff once I'm calm enough, but I'm not yet. Plus I find the act of going out and getting physical book/item etc. calming.
But most of all,
hope.

What I need to do now: work, and leave all this for later.
