Meanwhile, go back and review these posts here and sit and soak - pretend you're in a bubble bath, or someplace that helps you find your center - taking care to realize that people on this forum have much wisdom and experience. I have felt so much support here on my darker days. I have gleaned much wisdom as well. Feeling fear can be helpful in the proper context. Again, read and re-read these posts and look for your calm place. This is a great journey!
