You basically deeply go "It is what it is!" and you work on accepting whatever it is. You have to practice it as a skill every hour or ever day to build it up. It's a real work in progress for me.
That's brillant!I think radical acceptance is what I tend to do (now)......and I more quickly tend to accept situations as opposed to fight a situation's unfairness ... I'm working hard on living in the here and now, what's reality, which helps me be more productive, less stressed, and problem-solve more quickly (unless a past abuser or someone I love but is dysfunctional is involved.....then that all goes to shit).....but not usually for more than a day.....in the past could have been weeks!
