What Have You Accomplished Lately?

Well I managed to unpack one huge box already and put the things away. I have such a long way to go yet. But things are coming along nicely. I am not as sore as I was. I am rediscovering my treasures and the things I love. It is like unwrapping presents.
 
I tried to imagine how many trees are in the Nantahala National Forest where I live, and I could not think of a number large enough to express that idea. I breathed in our air here today while exercising and was so invigorated by it. We are surrounded by almost pure oxygen here, it is so wonderful. Just to try to imagine that mathematical figure and even remotely do so was an accomplishment for me. I am not at all mathematically inclined, so this was HUGE for me in some strange kind of way.
 
I did mindfulness mediation and Alexander Technique this morning.
I have done a lot of housework tasks today. We finally got the shelves up, which is good.
I have been doing six mindful breaths each two hours and quite a three minute breathing scapes so try to ground.
I dropped from extremely depressed to severely depressed and I am very pleased about that!
 
I got my lap top all cleaned up so now it runs better yay. I organized the rest of the books on my bookshelf so no more books on the floor.

I am taking my time getting going have so much running around and errands to do today.
 
I have accomplished self soothing and self care practices in my daily life.
I accomplished not having nightmares last night.
I accomplished not waking up having panic attacks and having to do three hours of yoga nidra to get me down.
I accomplished my head not being full of distorted thoughts and perceptions all day long so far.
I have accomplished enough health to exercise.
I have accomplished breathing improvement.
I accomplished two hours mindfulness meditation this morning. I did all the mindfulness meditation practices.
I accomplished Semi supine x 2.
I accomplished 13.9 km walked - three hours and forty minutes of walking. The day is beautiful and I am grateful for that.
