What Have You Accomplished Lately?

I've been doing better at uni, which is for a large part because I've been taking extra classes. I'm having a bit of trouble doing the work today, but I'm hoping it will be better tomorrow.

I've started a change in lifestyle; I want to be really healthy. My diet was never really bad, but I want it to be more consistent and to contain only fresh foods. Also, I've been getting back on track with working out, which feels pretty good.
 
I like this thread and I've been seeing more encouraging threads which is nice. I think it helps us see each other as more whole.

I recently moved into my own apartment and got a second job. I also went on my first date in a very long time last night.
 
@Anrish Thank you for the support. I am going to try my best not to kill them! Water them everyday, my husband says. Which means getting out of the house, which is a little difficult for me, but it is something I have been working on! I'll let you know at the end of summer how it worked out. lol :hug:

I did one hour of Mindfulness meditation for about an hour. Not the same quality as yesterday - but that doesn't matter it matters to do it. And I did it. Trying not to judge it - to just be with it. I did fall asleep a couple of times so restarted.

I did Alexander Technique - Semi supine and Crawling for Adults. Also Calmness of Breath.

One Breathing Scape so far.

Listening to breathing audio! Really trying to be more here.
