What Have You Done For Your Supporter/s Lately.

I wash more dishes than I used to! I support my spouse discussing her work dilemmas. Last night I drove children around while my spouse was out for dinner.

The biggest change in our life is that I share my journey with my spouse. Sometimes that feels like support for me, sometimes that feels like support for her.

I organised a walk and breakfast this morning.

I paid for lunch and shopping.
I help administer treatment.
I was loving and supportive.
