I cleaned the garage with my sister's help so that he could park his car in there later. As soon as he moves the loads of garbage we have he will be able to park there. His space is ready, he just can't get to it. He has a dumpster he can use at work. It took almost 4 hours. We did it in sections, so that it wasn't as overwhelming. My car was full for Goodwill, which I dumped off this morning. So glad it was done. Now he can park there in winter.
I have been even tempered. I have been doing self care. I have been calm and clear in setting boundaries. I made them some more treats. I was compassionate and caring when I mistake was made. I stuff up heaps, so I returned the generosity of spirit.
I have got above and beyond in helping with social skills training.
I have give my partner really strong support to follow a passion and a dream.

5. Did stuff around the property and the house
6. Sent a text to let someone know I was okay, as I am isolating a bit and I knew that they would be concerned.
7. Being a bit more honest.
8. Not initiating recontacting before I am really ready for that, as I pull away again, and that is hurtful.
9. Expressed appreciation.
10. Was less critical and judgmental.
