What Is On Your Mind Right This Second?

Well, I was trying to read here and a tv Netflix show is on, (which a member of the family is watching) and literally every third or fourth word was douch - with the word being insanely overused in some ongoing interaction.

It just wouldn’t stop and the worst part was that it was all suppose to be funny. I think it was anything but funny and rather disgusting the way they carried on. Now I’m suddenly feeling irritable ? with pain worse than before throughout my shoulders and the base of my skull.

On my mind is my irritability ? and increased pain and tensions from / blatant disregard /. It stresses me, sometimes triggers me.
 
A hypnotic suggestion for relaxation that I learned when I went through hypnotherapy.......

"Nothing to think about, Nothing to feel"

This is coupled with a visualization of floating on top of the water, surrounded by only ocean and sky,.... just relaxing away.

I also focus on my breathing going in and out like the ebb and flow of the ocean. This is my "go to" when I need to chill out and relax.
 
Thinking about to much! Mostly about getting drunk and forgetting about everything, again, but I digress, trying to breath throught it and will go back to group in the morning and hopefully my T will have some answers about when my treatment will resume, and also like @lovak have dental stuff next week, have advanced periodnntitus and my choppers are mess, not looking forward to that lol
