I did two things on my task list and I am feeling so much better now so I am going to try to do a little more each day, not bad for a very hurting and depressed person.:happy:
 
Ditto, continue catching up on sleep.

& Make sense of what year it is. And a lot of other things; no idea what these keys are for, no idea about heckuva many objects around me. Make sense of numbers, too. Throwing phone away isn't very adult thing to do, but I have no bloody idea who these callers *are* even if it's in my list, and I'm terrified. Helloo brain? Come back pretty please?

Cough. So talking with a friend until I get some semblance of the world back to right. Instead of nightmares & pasts overlayering the now.
