Pick up those calls since having sorted who the hell those people are in my life & that they're safe even if I'm missing time about it.
Not run off helpful buddies' sight just because Taalking & because they're actually getting somewhere.
Figure out where the other IDs could have went.
 
To consciously move my focus away from food, onto other things. I spend too much on food: money, thinking. A goal is to start moving away from that.
To get out of my head, & into the world.
Keep moving, cut down on avoidance of fears. Get out of comfort zones.
