I find it easier to speak about my experience from a part’s perspective, I feel less shame or embarrassment somehow, what kind of therapies work like that?
I’ve only had humanistic/integrative therapy so far and a little CBT quite a while back.
I wrote in a parts way, that’s why I feel it could be helpful.
