Being on holiday from work until the end of June - whoo hoo

Seeing my husband and grandson messing about in the garage together.

A bath with a scrubbing for both of them tonight, to get the oil and grease of them.

My friend J took me out to see her daughter perform in a cheerleader spectacle. It was the first time in my life that I could see this live. I was so impressed, had my heart do leaps and go down to my feet and toes - it's crazy what they do and not have more accidents. Go Go Go Voltigeurs !

I went to the cinema last night on the spur of the moment with H and the lads to watch Star Trek in 3D. It was such a good movie I could have watched it twice. Really good fun.

I know what you mean KP but we went to the 5:20 one and the cinema was almost empty. My problem? Too noisy! Turn the volume down!!

Today my eldest is cooking a lovely pasta dish for tea so I don't have to cook!

Also, yesterday I did some more art work and it went really well.

I managed to stick with a workshop despite feeling so much anxiety. I did a couple of good artworks.

Planning what to take on holiday, we go tomorrow.

I ate and tasted a meal. The anxiety reduced.
