@void I do believe I will never meditate the same again! :rolleyes:I laughed so hard:roflmao:...I want to send it to my adult son as he meditates too but I will have to think on it as I rarely cuss in front of him (even after living on service base for years).:tup:

I got my betta fish bowl all cleaned out and was able to calm him and his buddy down. They were upset because the water in their bowl has been getting foggy (a sign on too much bacteria in it). I have been changing the water each day, but today I added a touch of some things that are called "Clear Water" and "Stress Coat" and I have to be careful only to put a few drops into their bowl, because these things are designed for aquariums that are at least 10 gallons in size, whereas the bowl is only about a gallon in size. I ordered a 5 gallon tank for them, and it is on its way in the mails at this time. It will take me awhile to set it up and get it running before I can place them into it though.

Two good shifts back to back yesterday and then expediting a friend's old washing machine to my mother's friend who needed one that worked properly. Nice to be able to offer things people need occasionally and that people "know" ('Becca said) that I will know someone who needs it.

I was a maniac up until 230am writing and making art. I wrote a poem on trauma crap and a short humor essay on the aging process. I woke up with pastels in my hair and pastel in my cat's fur (dont really recall his contribution). It was fun.

I received all my new hair products. Brush, shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryer. I was going to try them all today after my nap, but it is so late in the day. It really isn't worth the energy it would take. But it makes me happy, so I will try them all tomorrow!
