Ohhhhh that's embarrassing..I don't remember writing this and I do actually know the difference between melatonin and ice creamMelatonin (makes me a ragefull, paranoid, insomniac; bent on torture, vengeance, and death???), is a hormone associated with sense of time & day, for about 80% of the population, and myriad other things for the remaining 20%… whilst ice cream is a delicious desert; made of cold proteins, sugars, and fats, in an emulsification?
what is the difference between testosterone & ice cream?
What is the difference between estrogen & ice cream?
What is the difference between progesterone & ice cream?
What is the difference between HGH & ice cream?
What is the difference between anabolic steroids & ice cream?
What is the difference between thyroxine & ice cream?
Same. Durn. Thing.
There’s a HUGE difference between steroids & ice cream.
How big a difference… is sometimes relatable to the ‘purpose’ of the steroid? More often not. Steroid. Does myriad complicated shit, at a chemical level, in the human body. From pregnancy, to homeostasis, to emotions, to growing tissues, to, to, to… Versus? Yum cold, sweet, creamy… nutrients &/or allergens, ingested.
There’s …potentially… an even bigger difference between corticosteroids (hello breathing!) & icecream, on a subjective level. But as corticosteroids are ALSO steroids? They only widen the gulf between steroids & ice cream, really.
Assuming you were serious in your Q, not just comedic.
I’m a BIT hyper-honest, at the moment. So comedy misses. But IF (and only if) you were serious? About as much difference as a banana (we share 92% of our genetic code with bananas, when we type for dna? We get to ignore all but about 8%) and a mountain. A living thing, and rocks…have about as much in common as a building block for life and a consumable foodstuff.

I read a medico-legal court document, once, that identified the “killer” via the percent of shared DNA. LITERALLY textbook, as I was in school, reading my textbook. Bottom of the barrel forensics lab, hiring people without academic anything, purporting that because “the killer” shared over 90% of their dna with the match? THEY, the individual, was to blame. Over 2 billion people (the total sum population of the planet, at the time) ALSO shared that exact DNA “match”. As did every plant/animal on the planet, and a durn good proportion of the microbes. As they weren’t using HUMAN DNA markers. (Of which, nearly none matched). They -the lab techs- were simply using machines, with zero subjective input. (Like, limit to humans). The so called “killer” & every banana at the supermarket? IDENTICAL. Limited to HUMAN dna? Pfft. No match. The bloke was still convicted, and executed, on banana DNA. The later killer had over 30 rape murders asspciated to his HUMAN DNA, and over 100 with partial matches. So it might be him… or not. But? An innocent man was put to death, because he shared 92% of his dna with a banana. As we ALL do. Humans.

The sea. Always. But rivers are fun, too. Just more predictable. I heart the chaos.Duvet... blankets can be itchy..
