I just finished some home made veggie soup that a friend made for me. Yummy. I'm feeling kind of lazy...

just got back from golfing ... so hot ... I was thinking it would be cool (ish) when I got there but it was 100 degrees and I'm soaked head to toe. Felt good ... going to get a couple of rounds in on the speed bag before showering.

I am scanning the forum, drinking hazelnut coffee, and enjoying the fall-like weather that we're having today. I am breathing in the fresh air, (which is very helpful for my COPD), and trying to stay positive. Thinking of my many blessings.

Speaking up is usually a good thing. Don't feel bad. If someone tries to put you down for speaking up, it's usually their problem, not yours.
