I did nothing at all today, just a load of washing, which I had to tumble dry, as it started to rain. Then I just relaxed for the rest of the day.

I am alive for one thing and I have someone who loves me and backs it up with actions; encouragement, support, compassion, understanding, willingness to work out issues with me, etc.

These things make me feel very happy!!! So, that is what is good about today!!!

It's summer and sunny I'm healthy and biking. I love summer. And I have 2 cats who I dig the most that hang out on the patio and bathe in the sun.

Today, I did nothing, I sat at the front door in the sun, listening to my music, through the Bluetooth speakers I bought recently.

I just sat there soaking up the sun, drinking tea and smoking, for most of the day, it was a good relaxing day for me.

I couldn't do much anyway, as every time I move, my kidney drain hurts like Hell! Thank God it gets changed tomorrow, it's been hurting me sine Thursday?

I got emotional at times, as the music I have on my phone covers all my life, and a lot of memories came flooding back to me today, with the music. Old relationships, long gone comrades, past events, ....it all came back today,...very emotional...

But I did manage to listen to that song they played at my wife's funeral, first time I've heard right through since then,......It was Jennifer Rush, singing the Power Of Love, I'm proud of that, as it means I've moved on.
