As I read it, though, I was thinking what it says is pretty much true for any kind of abuse, not only sexual abuse.

Many thanks for sharing, i came across it recently and its part of a series of books (that can be viewed online too) by Nina Burrowes a UK Psychologist. The book called 'courage to be me' is also really good and can be viewed on line too.
Im not very good at IT stuff so couldnt work out how to add the link.
