my compassion toward your suffering....i have lived with those thoughts for many years

pls consider that it is NOT your life you want to end....rather it is the suffering that you want to stop feeling

there are ways to reduce suffering

which ones have you tried thus far?

Bro.. I'm not even gonna try to offer any suggestions. I'm FURIOUS and TERRIFIED about the notion that the rest of my existence will be devoted to seeking ways to "reduce my suffering" as opposed to finding ways to "enjoy my life."
