I have been off and on the diet wagon for a month now. I have lost 45 lbs but have kind of lost the drive. I only have 20 lbs to lose to make doctors happy. If I got to It I could do that quickly. I have been paying for food so I need to get going again. It is such a struggle cause my downfall is the sweet cravings. I also have been diagnosed recently with Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis.
